What to Bring
You have made your reservation and are wondering what should we bring. Well, here is a check list that should help you arrive here and be prepared. - Directions in Every Car - Road Map - Dress for weather: Swim suit, spandex, Polypro Underwear, Wool Hat, sunblock, Dry clothes for ride home, Sneakers or River Sandals. Come Prepared this always make day more enjoyable. - DO NOT WEAR COTTON ONCE IT IS WET IT NO LONGER INSULATES - Lunch and plenty of non alcoholic drinks We also rent wetsuits. Full Suit $12, half suit $6, boots $5, Mittens $3. Wetsuits are required for certain weather and water conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: full refund 21 days prior to your trip. Full refund less the $10.00 deposit per person 8 to 21 days before your trip. There is absolutely NO Refund if canceled 7 days before trip.

Pocono Rafting Whitewater

 

Harrisburg - 1.5 to 2 Hours
Take interstate 81 North To exit 131 A (Hometown). Follow 54 East to Nesquehoning about 16 miles. At the junction of 209 bear to the Left onto 209 North. Go 1.7 miles through Nesquehoning. Make a Left onto 93 North. Go 200 feet and make a Left into our driveway.

Wilkes-Barre / Scranton - 1 Hour
Take interstate 81 South to exit 141. Make a left onto 424 East. Travel about 7 miles until you reach the junction of 93 South for aprox 12 miles. WRA is at the bottom of the hill on the right before the junction of 209. Or if taking the turnpike, Take Route 476 south to exit 74 and follow 209 South for 10 miles. Make a right on 93 North. Go 200 feet and make a left into our driveway.

State College / Williamsport - 2 Hours
Take I- 80 East to exit 256 (Conningham) Take 93 South. Go a couple miles and take 81 South to exit 141. Make a Left onto route 424 (The Hazleton Beltway) for aprox 8 miles. Take 93 South for 12 miles. WRA is on the Right at the bottom of the ill before the junction of 209.

Philadelphia/South Jersey/Maryland - 1 Hour from the toll at 476.
Northeast extension Pa Turnpike 476 North to exit 74 (Mahoning Valley exit). Take 209 South 10 miles to Lehighton and Jim Thorpe. Continue through Jim Thorpe to Nesquehoning on 209 South. Make right turn onto 93 North… Go 200 feet and make a left into our driveway. Do not take 903 in Jim Thorpe, 93 is 3 miles past the sign for 903.

Directions from NY and Central Jersey - 2.5 Hours
I-78 West to 309 N. to 22. W to 476 N. ( N E Extension of the Pa turnpike ) Take 476 to exit 74. Follow 209 S. for 10 miles. Make a right onto 93 N. go 150 feet and make a left into our driveway. ( You wil see Rt 903 before you come to Rt 93, DO NOT TAKE 903! ) or Take I 80 West to exit 304. Take 33 and 209 S. Stay to the right and follow 209 S. for 40 miles. Turn Right on 93 N. go 150 feet and make a left into driveway.

Holland Tunnel - 2.5 Hours
78 West to 309 N. to 22 W. To 476 N. (the Northeast ext of the PA Turnpike. Take 476 to exit 74. Take 209 South for 10 miles. Turn right onto 93 North. Go 200 feet and make a left into our driveway. (Do not turn onto 93 in Jim Thorpe, 93 is three miles past 93)
